Could have been a really handy boompole bag for field-recording...

I've been carrying my Rode boompole around without protection and bought this bag to prevent damage through knocks and other equipment falling on it in the van or on site. The material is ok but would not protect adequately from something heavy falling on the pole. It's very disappointing and a bit strange that Rode wouldn't have made it a little bigger in order to fit the blimp. The product photograph of the mic with a windsock on it is a little misleading as one could easily think it is the blimp with a windsock over it, without a little careful scrutiny. In summation it is a good shoulder bag for transport of a boompole and will probably protect against light knocks but most of us would probably need the blimp to be included as it doesn't make sense to have to carry it separately to the pole.

Für beide Aufgaben wollte ich diese Tasche für den Mikrofongalgen nutzen. Und beide Zwecke werden gut erfüllt. Das Material ist Neopren. Damit bietet es guten Schutz gegen Stöße, ist allerdings auch sehr weich und labberig, wenn der Reißverschluss geöffnet ist. Dann kann leicht mal was rausfallen. Schön ist die Möglichkeit das Mikrofon, was ja eher das teuerste Teil in der Sammlung ist, in einer eigenen Tasche unterzubringen. Diese Tasche könnte deshalb aber auch liebevoller gestaltet sein. Sie erfüllt ihren Zweck, gerade so. Eine eventuell vorhandene Mikrofonhalterung mit Dämpfung muss leider lose in der Tasche liegen.

Insgesamt ist die Leistung aber dem Preis angemessen.
