i've ordered Lemuria and Lars M1 from Playnick. it took me a few days to experiment with both mouthpieces and different reeds. Lemuria is very special and good mouthpiece. it has nice warm sound and good projection. for my taste it is just a bit too bright. i liked both mouthpieces but for me the better was Lars M1, because it has more tight projection and woody sound. if there was no such model like a Lars M1, I would buy Lemuria. though Playnick is not very famous and known brand - their work is really interesting and fresh in the world of saxophone mouthpieces. so i highly recommend to try their production.

Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch. Ein Allround Mundstück in der Preiskategorie...?
Letztlich hat mich aber der Sound und die Ansprache dieses Mundstücks enorm überzeugt.
Ich spiele dieses Teil auf einem Antigua Pro1 - Das Playnick trat gegen das Meyer Alto ?G?7 an.
Meine Haupt-Spielrichtungen sind Jazz, Swing und Blues gelegentlich allerdings auch Populäre Titel.
Der Sound des Lemuria ist wunderbar weich.
Ganz leise Passagen bis hin zu fetzig laut ist alles möglich.
Ansprache über alle Register tatsächlich enorm leicht.
Die ganz große Überraschung war für mich, das sogar Blätter, die auf meinem Meyer schwer zu spielen waren eine ausgewogene Ansprache erlebten.
Also: insgesamt auf dem Alto Sax ein unglaublich tolles Mundstück. Ich kann hier bedingungslos eine Empfehlung aussprechen..
