Leuchtturm 1917 versatile music portfolio

This music portfolio meets my requirement for a folio with the capacity to take music books up to 315 mm high and 255 mm width (single page i.e. when closed).

The folio outer dimensions are 337 mm high, 264 mm wide (closed) and 536 mm wide when opened flat.

There are three elastic bands in the spine and they hold the music book fairly well; the end papers of the book can be tucked into the full width, one third height triangular see-through plastic pockets, one on each side, if the book is heavy and needs more support.

The plastic pockets inside are shallow and only suitable for a few sheets of paper.

The covers are hard (no padding).

The elastic band on the outside that you slip your hand under is soft and comfortable on the back of your hand when holding the folio ready for use.

There is a thin elastic band to keep the folio closed when not in use.

The folio also opens flat for use on a music stand.

It appears to be well made.

Great for choir. Looks good on stage, too. The hand strap is practical.
