Apesar de ser uma ferramenta que já não se usa tanto, ainda tem utilidade. É pequeno, fácil de transporta e muito provavelmente durará uma vida inteira.

The easier the tuning the happier the musician

I bought this fork with special purpose. I was upset for changing the guitar cable between amps (one of them has a tuner) before each recording. On the other hand I do not trust mobile applications when it comes to tuning instruments. So the first thing was to check the 440 Hz with a signal generator (and of course with my ears :D), and it's perfect.
Since I have this tool I tune all of my intruments with this fork (before recordings as well as when it comes to changing the strings). Tuning this way is quick as hell and the inconvenience was left in the past. The price compared for this convenience is nothing.

Does exactly what it says ..

It's a tuning fork, it has one job to do and it does it well. It's not as expensive as others you can purchase, but the resonance is brilliant, good enough to tune the autoharp I was pitching, and fun to show the kids a bit about frequencies when they put it on their head to hear the note.

It is my first time buying a tuning fork but for this price, it is truly a bang for the buck. The sound is very clear too.
