great little book/music stand

i purchased this for my granddaughter who is learning ukulele and she can put her song sheets on it ,its quite sturdy when in use and can be height adjusted too,also bought another for grandson who puts hes reading book on it,great for portability unlike a clumsy music stand .

I bought it for my daughter's music sheets, but she uses it for reading books more often - don't know if it would be so if the stand would say "SHEET" or "MUSIC". Anyways, cheep and practical enough to have it in your guitar bag just in case, and much better quality than foldable sheet stands.

I bought this for when I want a quick practice but can not be bothered setting up a telescopic music stand and I suppose it does the job just about. The little metal thing for holding the pages in doesn't apply much pressure so the pages tend to spring out every so often particularly with thicker books. It does seem very solidly made though, and the fact it spells out book is quite hand in case you forget and try and use it to prop up slices of pizza or some such. As long as you manage your expectations this is a pretty reasonable buy I suppose.
