Nice guitar, very good construction for a Squire, now seems like Squires have more quality control in the production, they're well made, at least the CVs. I recommend to anyone that does not want to buy a expensive guitar and still have a kick-ass axe!

The little Strat that could

Squier guitars are an amazing value but the CV editions have that extra quality the base models often miss. Build quality on this guitar is as good as you can expect for a guitar of this nature. The pickup sound is quite unique and unlike most Stats I've played, the sounds is red hod and has an interesting crunch. Be sure to try it before you buy as this is catered to a specific tone that is rather unique. Got it in red so I could play along with some Shadows/Hank Marvin tunes and with the right presets on the amp it's actually quite similar to that sound of old.

I have ordered and tested other Squiere stratocaster cheaper models and this one was a good surprise. Great tone, and really good neck. The Neck made all the difference to me in comparison to the cheaper Squieres models (that feels like a toy, not an instrument). It just feels good, make it easier to play the notes, make bends... and it's beautiful.
