Negative Erfahrungen zw. vorherigem Verfasser und Thomann kann ich hier gar nicht bestätigen - im Gegenteil:
Hatte ebenfalls bei meinem Neugerät ein vereinzeltes Knacken innerhalb der Tastatur bemerkt und bei Thomann bemängelt, welche sogleich reagierten und neben der Reparatur einen Austausch des Nord Grand 2 anboten. Und so gab es einen völlig unkomplizierten und immer freundlichen Austausch - sowohl persönlich wie auch das Instrument betreffend. Fazit: Danke Thomann - toller Service..!

Super top lækkert klaver, med unikt anslag og detaljerige klaverlyde.

Det første klaver jeg modtog, har formodentlig været tabt eller håndteret for hårdt under UPS transport, så det måtte retur, da tangenterne var i stykker.
Det andet klaver jeg fik var der samme problem med. Det er også returneret.

Så jeg går over til Nord Stage 4.

Thomann har ikke tilbudt kompensation eller anden transportløsning, hvorfor jeg vælger at handle et andet sted.
Er ret utilfreds med oplevelsen.
