Not cheap, but worth it

Having purchased the longer version, the BIC-10, when the need arose for a slightly shorter cable, this was an obvious choice. It is quite expensive for what I assume to be a private-label cable, that is true, and one might even argue — and rightly so, perhaps — that it is somewhat irrational to buy an instrument cable whose capacitance is undisclosed, but the braided fabric appears to be high quality, and so are the plugs, and also, these cables do come with a warranty (and for life no less!), guaranteed by Boss, a trusted historic brand, so I consider them a safe investment. Of course, only time will tell how well they hold up.

Ordentliches Kabel

Zu Hause bevorzuge ich kürzere Gitarrenkabel bis 2 Meter Länge, damit alles übersichtlich bleibt und kein Kabelsalat zustande kommt. Um Vermeiden des Tonverlustes geht es mir eher nicht, da ich nicht glaube, dass vernünftige Gitarrenkabel von 1,5 bis 5-6 Meter Länge sich gegenseitig klanglich was nehmen.
Ich wollte ein Kabel, das nicht zu günstig ist und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass man bei Länge von bis 2 Metern keine besonders große Auswahl hat. Als habe ich dieses Boss bestellt, auch nicht ohne Neugier, da ich persönlich den Markennamen nicht unbedingt mit Gitarrenkabeln in Verbindung setzen würde. Na gut, Patchkabel von Boss kennt man natürlich.
Bekommen habe ich ein ausreichend flexibles Kabel mit dezent aussehender Stoffummantelung und solide wirkenden Steckern. Kein dumpfer Ton, keine Störgeräusche, alles richtig gut soweit.
