My daughter plays clarinet in her elementary school band. Her thumb was getting torn up and a band aid was not providing enough cushion to keep it from happening again and again. This cushion fits her clarinet well and has made all the difference. I was hoping it would last a while since you only get one per package and it has been on there for about 3 months and it is still working great.Thank you to the manufacturer for a product that alleviates pressure on the thumb, thus significantly reducing joint pain.
