So much fun

This is my first ever synth. The Minibrute seems like a great introduction, there's so much you can do with it, and it's all very intuitive. The price is very reasonable but the build quality is high. The manual for the Minibrute is really good, as well as explaining all the functionality it also provides several worked examples, eg comparing the ADSR and AD envelopes. And there's even a brief history and explanation of analogue synthesis. The sequencer is fantastic and the ability to repurpose 2 of the 4 tracks from velocity and pressure to things like sound waves and per-step envelopes just adds another dimension of creativity. All in all, an incredible instrument.

An Excellent little machine!

This synthesiser has many more features than you would probably expect for the price. The oscillators and filters are of the highest quality which is not really surprising as the filters, at least, owe their design to Robert Moog. himself. As you would also expect from Arturia, the build quality is second to none. I would recommend this machine both to experienced synthesists and to those wishing to learn the noble art. Have fun!
