Uso o APC 40 mk2 em casa para me ajudar a navegar no Ableton e para live sessions. Estou bastante satisfeito com o produto.
Pros: Tem uma grande grelha de botões que permite controlar praticamente todos os aspetos do Ableton. Com um pouco de paciência, pode se mapear a gosto para controlar virtualmente todos os aspetos do programa.
É uma boa interface entre intrumentos acústicos e eletrónicos, já que pode funcionar como armador de faixas para gravação de loops.
Contras: Tem uma construção de plástico que apesar de grande qualidade dá um feel mais leve que pode ser um problema para algumas pessoas.
Não possui uma opção para que os botões funcionem como pads
tal como a versão anterior.

The APC40MKII deserves a whole page dedicated to it as functionality and looks go but summing things up, this controller is incredible! The LED's are vivid and help you get a grip on where you are during a live session. Knobs and faders feel stiff when new but can also survive a lot of use and abuse. Unfortunately, as the predecessor, this controller can't be remapped on its own, depending on the software it works on to map the functions to the hardware. If you are new to the live scene and want to get a suitable controller this is the real deal! Already have an APC? Think through if you really need the MKII. The strong points of this unit is it's weight, looks amazing, bright leds, BUS power so no power brick and the size fits nearly every backpack. The cons? Since it's a lightweight unit it also feels more fragile than the original APC. All plastic construction makes it lose that premium feel the APC was known for (and payed for too). But all around it's an excellent unit!
