Note: To fill the mouthpiece, open the bell to the stop screw (counter-clockwise) and fill completely with water. Now swivel the mouthpiece (shaft and bell should touch the worktop) and let excess water run out. While maintaining the angle, screw the bell back in clockwise.

Please note: Do not tighten the bell all the way, there should be a small gap between the rim and the bell. The water should be renewed regularly.

Great all around mouthpiece

The mouthpiece is beautifully engineered and gold plated to a really high standard. The presentation box is adds to the quality feel. It’s a good middle of the road size that allows you to play in all styles with a suitable tone and has a comfortable feeling rim.
When the jacket is filled with water I find the tone is a bit more direct and “brighter”. Without water in the jacket I find the mouthpiece plays darker. This is a great mouthpiece for the players who use a mouthpiece around the Bach 3C/GR 66 size.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Mundstück

Ich habe mir dieses Mundstück zu meiner Schagerl TR-620L gekauft und bin mehr als begeistert. Im gesamten Tonumfang unterstützt es das „Einrasten“ der Töne noch einmal sehr gut. Speziell ab a“ aufwärts spart es unheimlich Kraft und man hat das Gefühl, die Treffsicherheit war in der hochwertigen Verpackung des Mundstückes gleich mit drin. Natürlich bedarf auch dieses Mundstück eines gewissen Basisansatzes aber auch nach drei Stunden Musik als absoluter Amateur kommt keine Angst vorm c“‘ auf. Auch im unteren Bereich, ab e‘ abwärts, sind keinerlei Lippenverrenkungen nötig, um einen sauberen Ton zu zaubern.
Der Klang ist satt, nicht schrill, eher warm, was mir auch sehr gut gefällt.
Ich bin absolut zufrieden und kann es deshalb einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Embouchure jouée sur une trompette Schagerl Ganschhorn a palettes . Emission facile. me convient parfaitement mais c'est quitte ou double.
Voir dimensions cuvette largeur etc. et si possible retour. J'étais avant sur Schilke 14A4A.
