These look stunning compared to the original speed knobs. Having removed the original knobs, these were an easy fit. Once placed, I immediately felt the overall better grip and control that these lampshade knobs have to offer. As expected, Grade A quality from PRS. If you’re considering purchasing these and find then in stock, don’t hesitate…buy them !!! These lampshade knobs are worthy upgrade for any SE guitar.

They really do make a difference when compared to the Se speed knobs, much easier to grip and look much better than the amber speed knobs that where on my Se hollowbody piezo.

Pro's - Grip, feel & look

Con - Price! they're expensive for what they are, in fact the most expensive I've ever bought.

Will I buy again? yes I have an Se ZM that needs a set so next payday I'll order them.

They're knobs! Plastic things made of plastic and some colourant to give it that amber look? They are made for US pots (CTS, etc.) so if your PRS SE has Alpha pots, these will not fit but not a huge deal, you can always open up the split on your alpha pots slight (carefully, otherwise you may snap it) or add plumber's tape (PTFE) one wrap or so so add girth to the shaft of the pot. Personally, I changed the pots of my PRS SE anyway to CTS so these were a perfect fit.
