Daddario PWPS1

When looking for some new bridgepins I thought I better check back through previous orders to make sure I didn't buy the same awful ones again. At first I thought I had bought some cheap chinese ones off amazon,but I discovered I had bought these planet waves ones from thomann. They didn't fit without filing /sanding , none of the grooves for the strings (despite variations) went far enough to allow the pin to sit right down (you could manage on the thinner strings but not on the E or A). Very poor.

It looks nice, works nice and compliment my mahogany guitar just perfect.

I had ordered these pins to replace cheap plastic stuff which was on my guitar since I bought it.

It exceeded my expectations! Really nice look and vintage feel.

I had to file it a little bit to get perfect fit but since then I never had any hassle. Probably some people will find it embarrassing but I'm ok with that. It's just a nature of two wooden pieces - they cannot fit perfectly from beginning.

Highly recommended.
