Don't let yourself be fooled by its small size. This thing sounds huge and full. With 2 channels and independent controls, I think it's worth the money. It has alot of gain and a lot of bottom end, which means if you are using lower tunings you might need something like a tube screamer (for example) to tighten the low end (similar to a dual rectifier). As it's a class D amp, you can use it as a pre-amp without the need to plug a cabinet/load. The cab emulated headphone out sounds bad, so don't use it. The included footswitch is a nice touch. The included valve in my amp is a PSVANE ECC83. It has a little more gain than a JJ, but it's also noisier. Overall, very happy with this little amp.
