good build bad finish

the unit I received was well built the overall level of the build is top-notch. it feels well built and etc. the only downside is that the finish is uneven there is some areas where the nickel finish hasn't built up and you can see the base layer under the final finish. it is really evident around the Hofner script and some edges. I would say i give this 3/5 for the pure reason it's well built and I am restoring a Hofner so the non-nickel areas would pass for relicing as I see it
