Great guitar for the price

I'm not a professional guitar player, I'm a drummer and I was looking for a guitar to practice and create some riffs of my own. After some time of looking for guitars, I stumbled upon this beauty and the first thing I noticed was how different this guitar was in comparison with other Telecaster types. The finish is amazing, very presentable and pretty, looks almost like a premium guitar. Of course, with this price, you shouldn't expect premium finishes on tuners, strings and whatever, but Harley Benton has done a great job with this guitar, specially the finish and the sound. It's quite heavier than I was expecting, but somehow comfortable to hold. I suspect with some caring and love, like changing the string to more premium strings and messing around a bit it certainly can become a live-ready and record-ready guitar easily.
I was either looking for a Telecaster type or a Les Paul type and this was my first purchase on Thomann. I don't regret my choice at all.
As I said, I'm a drummer, not a guitar player but I've played and seen a lot of guitars and this one for the price, it's absolutely amazing as it is.

A primeira coisa que disse quando a tirei da caixa foi: uau!! simplesmente linda! Tem um aspecto melhor ao vivo do que nas fotos.
Pickup's muito bons, um fantástico som e um preço incrível que faz uma relação qualidade-preço inígualável. Recomendo!

I went through all reviews for this guitar before i make a step forward...no doubt all cons buyers have submitted are true but most of cons can be wiped out with a new setup made by a luthier...

Considering budget is one of the best guitars in the market...just received mine yesterday and out of the box is better (...completely different) than all those cheap strats - which in fact cost almost the same. It?s a pleasure to play this guitar, clean sounds, rock or heavy, even out of the box and i don?t consider my self a player...on my free time i emulate some sounds to let go my daily stress...

I really recommend those who are starting and have doubts to consider this piece...it's not better than those which cost a few hundreds...but i?m thrill to see where this guitar can lead me considering my own learning development...Ah...got it in 5 days...

Surpreendente de uma maneira INCRÍVEL!

Minha reação após tirar da caixa foi o mesmo de uma criança desembrulhando seu brinquedo na noite de natal, fiquei totalmente perplexo com a beleza e qualidade desta guitarra, digo confiantemente que esta é uma máquina mortífera com classe e elegância!

Som é surpreendente, tanto nos canais clean quanto com a distorção.

A qualidade do material é ótima, com diversos detalhes que a tornam ainda mais atrativa ao consumidor.

O preço nem se fala, para a qualidade do produto é sem igual mesmo! Recomendo esta guitarra MUITO! E a Thomann tem agora um novo e fiel cliente!
