I’ve bought this product when it was in stock and had to wait almost a week to Thoman to ship it due quality control check. No worries… until I receive the guitar. It came unplayable, literally. Marks on the frets, with half of the frets on fretboard not hammered properly, making the guitar completely unplayable, even with high action.
I immediately contact the support, which they perfectly understand the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. You know Thomann… you should avoid apologize clients after the damage is done. First of all this could be totally avoided if you would have a quality control department working. Second, you shouldn’t mark the guitar with a stamp saying quality control checked… and 3rd when I’ve made the purchase I have sent a note on the purchase kindly asking you to please choose a guitar carefully to me. It was my kid birthday and now we have to wait probably 3 weeks for this situation to be solved. And all could be avoided if your quality control would be working as it was supposed to. Very unhappy with Thomann.
