I simply want to mount my cowbell between my two smaller toms, firmly attached to my bass drum rim without damage. The clamp has rubber jaws to avoid marking my Gretsch rim, and the cowbell is held unobtrusively and absolutely firmly where I want it to be. Can't ask for more.

Gibraltar quality for an affordable price! Only trouble i have with it is that, since it goes between the rack toms, i cannot have these as close together as i would like sice the cow bell is on the way! but not everyone has a set up like mine so it is perhaps minor! as far as the product goes, it is great quality and i appreciate it has a rubber pad which protects the bass drum hoop. im happy with the purchase and i recommend it!

This cowbell mount is great & has a sturdy post but the wing nuts feel a bit cheap compared to other alternatives. Then again it is very simple & lightweight so prevents having to clamp a big bulky mount to your bass drum. The rubber also protects your bass drum hoop.
