Beyerdynamic's DT770 PRO is my favorites headphones and I've been using them for 7 years now and I'm happy with them.
Since earpads are part of the headphones (I consider them as a consumable material), it is important to have high-quality earpads for long-term work in headphones, these earpads gave it!

Pros:
They are soft, velor, fit tightly and softly on the ears, I spend 10 hours a day in these headphones and my ears do not get tired, but my ears, working 10 hours a day, tend to dry out...(this will be happen by using any earpads)

Minuses?:
They need to be changed from time to time ... it depends on your finances, who are not stingy are recommended to change 2 times a year to keep the ears clean.

And those who do not consider this to be a consumable material, then at least once every 1-2 years they must be changed, otherwise they simply lose their density property and turn yellow from the dirt that accumulates over so many years of work in them. (not counting wiping with a damp napkin)

Do I recommend buying these for my ears?
Yes! They will need to be replaced at least a year or two after purchasing the headphones.

I was surprised to find that for the DT 770, I prefer the ear pads from the Superlux HD660PRO.
The sound is better, there is more room for the ears.
