I just bought two of these for my band in ear rack system.

Altough they worked fine for the first month, after a few shows the lock system that holds the XLR cable broke in multiple "channels" leading to cutting off the xlr cable and replace the connectors.

Just bought 16 Neutrik connectors and they work flawless. 1,40€ each.

Behringer ULTRALINK MS8000

I got the Behringer ULTRALINK MS8000 from Thomann to build an ear rack system.
I did not test the MS8000 when it came and the device stayed in the box because I was waiting to have sufficient money for a Behringer x32 rack.
The period of 30 days return pass and I did not test the device and the sound quality.
When I finally got my new Behringer x32 Rack I tested the ULTRALINK MS8000 and I noted this spliter added a considerable noise floor on each channel I connected and was very annoying and unpleasant to use live .
I have use and tested with a small patch core with nice direct xlr cable on all splitter connectors and connect only direct to the input of the mixer always add very noticeable noise floor.

I suppose it was a problem with this device in particular and I got another ULTRALINK MS8000 from a different supplier and the audio result was the same .
Conclusion: I'm an unlucky person or the ULTRALINK MS8000 is not capable of delivering a clear sound. I did not expect that from Behringer product these days and this was a problem from the past as I have a lot of their products and not so many downsizes on it .
